Ah, the half-orc thing. I had suggested to make him a human with the same stats, rationalizing it as within normal human variation.
He's still strong and stocky--that's probably typical for Tergia.
I think you're right about the half-orc in Edwest Burrows--I think his name was Crate. I'd forgotten about that--another orc in a nearly orc-free campaign. :)
